To Live a Genius Life, Practice Critical Thinking & Be Open-Minded - Marni Wasserman
so the last question that has everybody on the show you guys can each answer it together independently we you know take it wherever you'd like what does it mean to you to live a genius life for me what comes to mind right away when you propose that is being really a critical thinker and continuing to learn and get passionate about Health and Wellness and and not get in this comes back to we're talking about before not get caught up and a rabbit hole and thinking that you have it all figured out but continuing to learn and then be a critical thinker and then apply the knowledge to the best irritability and then continuing to evolve I love
that And I think yeah, I was on the same wavelength just being open-minded because things do change, you know, as as we said you can be set in a certain way and think your life is going to pan out a certain way whether it's in a dietary realm or who you're going to marry or how things are going to look but being open to the evolution of of how things can evolve and not being so hard on yourself number one and not being so dogmatic. So I think you know kind of in the same realm of Jesse just being open-minded and thinking
Yourself? I think the biggest shame in life is when somebody doesn't take the time and at least expose themselves to the wide array information to the best of their ability could go crazy and get caught up in that as well. But to try and just be exposed to as much information as he can and then make decisions based on that that are true to you. Yeah, and to stay mentally flexible, you know, if I could just put the cap on what you just said,
