is a ton of fun. My last question that gets asked everybody that's on the show. What does it mean to you to live a genius life?
I knew you're going to ask that and so I've been thinking about it all day and and I came to this real clear feeling that I feel like I'm living a genius life Max and I think that for me the things that I've seen myself develop as a middle-aged man at this point and I have a really deep and loving and intimate relationship with my wife and my partner that I feel really And you know this President as I want to be but but but is present is as time allows for with my kids in a really involved dad. I like the fact that hundreds and hundreds of days went by where I cook dinner every night for them and play with them and jump on the trampoline with them and and then I get to work in a really meaningful field and help people change their lives and get the real privilege and honor of hearing the real inner workings of people's minds and And so to me being fulfilled in work and in love and getting to engage in creativity and have an active and healthy life. I mean to me I can't imagine wishing for anything more. And so maybe that sounds a little arrogant. I don't mean it to be I think I say it to let people know that I think a genius life is your life and I think a genius life is you living your life to the best of your abilities and I think the the brain foods that Max and I recommend you eat is one part of it, but I think it's out there for you. I know it's it's it's been out there for me. So that's what I think is genius life is
I love that.
