But yeah, I've been trying to just there's there's just so much information coming out about mental health and so I'm just really made it a goal to try and be a good balanced resource for people to know what my biases are with that. That's the brain food salad recipe. This looks good people these recipes were, you know again that you make the brain food salad, that's yours. There's a recipe for pesto in there to think past has a super underutilized brain food. Just great. Eight way to do leafy greens nuts olive oil garlic all our favorites. So and these illustrations they came right off of there from instru Instagram is like a nice digital little story Katrin. Why Tech who did the Instagram out did the illustrations in the book there about 30 illustrations in the book trying to describe all the principles but also some of the foods and and even some of the recipes and it was it was our podcast my podcast with you that she made a sketch of oh really genius life. And she posted it and everybody loved it. Then I reposted it and and people just really responded. And so I messaged her I said hey, thanks. Is this something you do and she started doing more sketches of each of the nutrients of my last book and then as I thought about this book, it just seemed like we such a fun way to describe the information to people. So there's another way to interact with it besides the recipe is in the text. Yeah,
you do have amazing illustrations. That's something that I wish. My books had like, you know, if you talk to Katrin, yeah. I mean, these are really beautiful. So it's a cool. It's a great read, you know, I mean, it's like it's super dense, but then it's broken up with these like beautiful illustrations that anybody anybody will be able to understand. So if you're you know, if you have any kinds of you know issues with depression anxiety, this is definitely a book be a book that you're gonna want to pick up or pick up for loved ones.
