Something like web3, heck yeah, you bet they're gonna try and stop it. You bet they're gonna try and outlaw it. You bet they're going to crack down on it. If they didn't, then it wouldn't actually be that valuable ... That said, I do think that countries that try to ban or stop or slow down web3 are going to find themselves, increasingly, on the wrong side of history.
