I go back to go study the early origins of these companies ... They start with a sort of humble ambition. Then, as things start to work, they snowball their ambition; they become more and more ambitious as they go, realizing the opportunity is wider and bigger than they had initially planned for, and that one type of success earns the right to go for the next step of success and that it is okay to ladder up.
