For traditional nutrients, like vitamins and minerals, there's actually no benefit from organic versus conventional across the board, on average. However, for the kind of non-traditional nutrients, like the phenolics and some of these phytonutrients, they do have significantly more in the organic versus conventional, but we're talking like 20% moreāand organic food may be 20% or more expensive. So, you get the same amount per dollar, conventional versus versus organic.
